Our Projects
The Yerington Rotary Club has done many projects since its founding in 1935. Each of the Club Newsletters during the 2018-19 year featured one of those projects. The Newsletter included a photo from the project and several questions about the project. The files included on this site page contain the photos and questions from the Newsletter as well as answers to the questions and information about the project. Bridge Street Project
Undoubtedly the biggest project Yerington Rotary has ever taken on was the Bridge Street Beautification Project.

Littell Sign Project
The idea of an arched sign at this intersection had been around for several years, but when the City of Yerington received a grant for improving Littell Street they asked Rotary about resurrecting the project. We accepted.

The Centennial Clock project is certainly one of Yerington Rotary’s most visible and recognizable projects.

Veteran's Park Project
Veteran’s Park, located on Oregon Street between the city’s baseball/soccer fields, was already in the process of several upgrades.
Wood Cutting Projects
Probably in the early 1970’s, maybe even the late 1960’s Yerington Rotary sold fire wood as a fundraiser.
